Metric takes on Polar challenge for DSV!

DSV retouched

We have enjoyed a good working relationship with DSV for many years so when they asked us to transform an office area in their Polar Park building we were happy to oblige!

It was most certainly a challenge and we were most definitely up for it!

The area previously comprised of a number of individual offices and various open plan spaces joined by dark corridors. We set about transforming the space by removing all the partition and separating walls to create one large open space. The new design made the offices accessible to the adjoining warehouse facilitating better communication between the two departments which is sure to have a positive effect on productivity.

We brought all the various areas together by installing a bulkhead ceiling with colour changing LED lights along the entire length of the space – turning an awkward feature into an interesting and attractive detail.

Whilst we were there we also transformed the reception area changing the layout and creating a graphic feature wall depicting the London skyline. The end result is a light, bright and inviting workspace.

“We are thrilled with Metric’s contribution to our new office space. It was a big ask but from the outset the commitment shown by the team throughout was really impressive. There were times when I didn’t think that we were going to get everything done in the time frame but somehow they delivered on time and to the highest standard. I would have no hesitation in recommending them and look forward to the next project!” – Sue Garnett, Location PA.

We look forward to working with you again soon!
