Over the course of the last month we have been trialling a new quote system. Using this new electronic system we are able to deliver professional, tailored quotations to all of our potential clients.
Quite simply it is no longer acceptable in the commercial world to be attaching text documents in an email; things have evolved, and we believe that it is time that all our proposals are elegant, dynamically driven, and efficiently produced. We are still ironing out a few minor ‘teething problems’ but on the whole we are really pleased with the results.
For our clients and potential clients not only will the actual quotes be far more impressive but the process of sending them out will be far more time efficient. So far the response from customers has been extremely positive and some have even called us to tell us how impressed they were!
We intend to completely replace our current method of quoting in favour of the new system over the course of the next couple of months.
